SPARKLY dresses and the smartest suits were on display as Great Dunmow students celebrated.
Year 11 teens from The Helena Romanes School, in Parsonage Downs, enjoyed marking the end of their school careers at their proms.
The party, held at the Kings Oak Hotel, in High Beach, was the biggest prom the school has seen. Awards were handed out during assembly the next day for prom king and queen and the best dressed.
The event followed the Sixth Form end of year celebration at Maidens Barn, High Easter. More than 130 students and teachers attended the event.
