Driver sought by police after Essex jogger injured in ‘hit and run’

A jogger was hit by a car in Little Hallingbury yesterday morning (Monday).

The 24-year-old man was jogging along New Barn Lane at about 10am when a black car, thought to be a Volvo estate, struck him. The car didn’t stop and continued along the road.

The jogger, from Little Hallingbury, was taken to hospital with minor arm and leg injuries and was released later in the day.
