Children’s cancer charity CLIC Sargent received a cheque for 3,000.00 on August 24 thanks to Braintree Carnival and Domino’s Pizza in Braintree.
Domino’s Pizza raised 1425.26 from the sale of giant pizza slices at the Braintree Carnival whilst 1574.74 was donated by the carnival itself.
Franchisee for Domino’s Pizza, Paul Ashurst, said: “We are delighted to be involved with fundraising alongside Braintree Carnival once again and even more so as it’s going to such a worthy cause.”
CLIC Sargent provides practical and emotional support for children who have been diagnosed with cancer and their families.
