VILLAGERS and visitors can expect a fun day out during a fundraiser in Finchingfield on Sunday (June 7).
An early morning sponsored bike ride, followed by an afternoon fun day, will be on the agenda as parents seek to raise cash to boost their children's pre-school education.
Organisers Kelly Bishop and Jane Jenkins want people to get involved.
Mrs Bishop said: "Pre-schools and other worthy organisations cannot survive without vital fundraising from parents and communities. We want big voices to come along and support our little people."
Mrs Jenkins' daughter attends Finchingfield Pre-School. She said: "Although we are a small pre-school, it does not mean that our need is not a great one. This is a very important time of learning for our young people, as this is where the structure of education and social development begins."
Three varying cycle rides - of 10, 33 and 65 miles - start at 8.30am from the village green, and will be followed by live music, hog roast, beer tent and table top sales at 1pm.
