CADETS, staff and committee members of 999 (Dunmow) Squadron ATC presented Essex Air Ambulance with a cheque for £300 on Sunday.
The money had been raised by cadets who took part in a variety of fund-raising events including a 24- hour Scalextric marathon and by charging people to sit at the controls of a glider at last year's Dunmow Carnival.
The cadets also raised £454.98 for the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal and £250 for Red Nose Day.
Keith Daniel, spokesman for the ATC, said: "The cadets would like to thank the people of Dunmow for their generosity and hope for their continued support in the future."
