THE PROSPECTIVE developers of the Brick Kiln Farm site will hold a public consultation at the Dourdan pavilion on Friday, May 3.
A planning application was submitted last week by the developers, the Wickford Development Company, to build 68 new houses and a riverside park on the land.
The 31.5 acre site, on fields next to St Edmunds Lane, will have houses built across 3.4 hectares leaving 9.4 hectares open as a riverside park for public use.
The consultation will take place from 2pm to 8pm and landscape planners and architects will all be available to answer questions.
