IT has been another good year for the International Baccaleareate Diploma at Felsted.
The highlight was the incredible 41 points achieved by Freddie Bouttell, which exceeded his offer from Oxford and represents an A-Level equivalent of A*, A*, A, although achieved in six subjects rather than the traditional three.
The overall average of students achieving the diploma was 33.33, with the latest data analysis suggesting that 33 is the equivalent of AAB.
Calum Glover, Chris Kaindl and Max Limburg achieved 39 points and Anna Middendorf 38. Calum has achieved his offer to study Law at Nottingham and Chris to study Business and Management at Exeter.
Anna and Max have decided to apply after results and are in a strong position to access courses at the world’s best universities.
