Morris Minor owners from Uttlesford displayed their vintage cars at a national rally in Warwickshire.

The small group of Uttlesford Morris Minor owners (known as UMMOS) attended the rally in Gaydon on Sunday, June 30.

One Uttlesford car, RER 919 - which has spent most of its 67 years in the area - scooped the top prize for best four-door saloon.

Jon Morgan bought the car in Littlebury in 1978, and it was originally supplied by the Cambridge Morris dealer King and Harper in June 1957.

The Morris Minor was designed by Alec Issigonis, and was the first British car to have one million models made.

They made their debut at the 1948 Earl's Court Motor Show, and finally ceased production in 1971.
