The manager of a Great Dunmow housing development has been recognised for his health and safety standards.
Stuart Jones, senior site manager at Ashberry Homes' Beaumont Park, received the regional health and safety award for the central region from Bellway, Ashberry's parent company.
Stuart supervises the Beaumont Park site - which houses 198 properties.

The 42-year-old, who has worked in the construction industry for 20 years, said: "It’s about maintaining a good, clean and tidy site at all times.
"Day-to-day, everyone is conscientious about their surroundings and making sure that they don’t walk past things that could present a problem but instead do something about it.
"We have a really good team ethic here and people have got your back."
