Choir club pupils from Felsted Primary School visited care home residents last week to sing Christmas carols.
The key stage 2 pupils, aged eight to 11, sang to residents at Bings Hall and Abbeyfield House, performing a variety of carols and songs including 'Away in a Manger', 'The Holly and the Ivy' and 'Christmas isn't Christmas'.

To get into the festive spirit, the children wore Santa hats and made Christmas cards for the residents.
Laura Muir, one of the teachers who runs Felsted Primary School's choir club, said: "It is one of the highlights of the year being able to come and sing to the residents of Felsted.

"The children sang beautifully and really enjoyed visiting the residents.
"It was wonderful to see the smiles on everyone’s faces. We hope we can visit again next year."
