Pupils from Felsted Primary School sang carols around the Christmas tree at a new housing development.
The school choir was invited by housebuilder Mulberry Homes to spread cheer at the Felsted Gate development in Felsted.

Father Christmas also visited the development to give each child a gift.
Bryony Collins, headteacher at Felsted Primary School, said: "The Felsted Primary School choir had a wonderful afternoon performing Christmas carols.
"Afterwards the children, staff and parents were made very welcome and had refreshments and a visit with Father Christmas."
Kerry Jones, sales and marketing director at Mulberry Homes, said: "It was lovely to see the children from Felsted Primary School perform at our development, we hope they enjoyed their visit and gift from Santa Claus!"
