BUDGET airline Ryanair is still cancelling some flights today (Monday January 12) due to the wintry weather across Europe.
The airline is warning passengers that they may suffer some delays today and is urging people to check with the airline for further details.
The situation at 11am is as follows:
* Spain - Madrid- Some delays due to deicing problems. Some flight cancellations.
* France - Carcassonne-Closed due to snow. All flights operating from Perpignan Airport. Check-in as normal at Carcassonne for transfers by coach to Perpignan Airport.
* Italy - Rome Ciampino and Venice Treviso currently closed due to fog. Some delays and cancellations- see below.
* Ireland - Cork, Dublin and Shannon Airports- Strong winds causing some delays and cancellations.
All other airports are open with some delays due to weather. Passengers booked to travel today are advised to present at the airport as normal.
Ryanair sincerely apologises for any disruptions to passengers as a result of the adverse weather.
Your can change your flight free of charge or apply for a refund of your cancelled flight online or call the Ryanair reservations office which is open from 8am until 6pm on 0871 246 0000.
