THE Liberal Democrats have increased their majority on Stansted Parish Council.
The party now has 12 seats on the council after seizing two extra seats from the Conservatives.
The Lib Dems made a clean sweep of all nine South Ward seats in yesterday’s (Thursday) election, while the Tories hung on to three seats in the North Ward.
