A MAN driving a National Express coach heading for Stansted has admitted to driving dangerously with excess alcohol.
Leslie Weinberg, 35, crashed the Birmingham to Stansted shuttle at Newport Pagnell services in September last year.
After hitting a kerb, tree and lamppost the bus came to rest on its side on the exit slip road, 33 passengers where hurt, six seriously and one man had to have his arm amputated.
The case has been adjourned until May 26 for medical reports, Weinburg, who now faces a jail sentence, was bailed to live and sleep at Nimmings Road, Halesowen, West Midlands.
