Police in Dunmow are appealing for witnesses after an 18-year-old man sustained a puncture wound to his back that required hospital treatment.
The incident took place around 5pm on Friday (July 31), in Upper Mill Fields. The victim was assaulted by a man following an earlier altercation near Dominos.
A 20-year-old man from Dunmow was arrested in connection with the incident and has been released on police bail to report back on August 26.
