WHAT a fantastic own goal by Uttlesford Council's Recycling Department sending out their waxed paper propaganda newsletter in a non-biodegradable plastic envelope by second class post. I think this shows little thought the whole wheelie bin strategy has been undertaken by this council at the rate payers expense. If they are going to ignore there own dictate then they cannot expect us to respect them or their decisions.
