WHILST no one wants to see a child get runover or hurt, it does appear that Mrs Gilbert has to take some of the responsibility for allowing her child to run off knowing there is a main road outside the school. Opposite the school there are fields, so yes

WHILST no one wants to see a child get runover or hurt, it does appear that Mrs Gilbert has to take some of the responsibility for allowing her child to run off knowing there is a main road outside the school.

Opposite the school there are fields, so yes, I can't think of too many people wanting to cross unless it's a parent who has parked their car (probably illegally) to then cross the road to go pick their child up from school.
