HOW dismayed I am to see yet another property being built on a small piece of land in the village. I refer to the corner of Bury Fields, right in the centre of the village of Felsted. It seems that if grass grows on it then it is a prime site for a developer.
We have heard recently of a developer trying to buy houses around Bannister Green to demolish and replace with goodness knows how many houses.
Where four houses now sit it could be 24, which equates to at least 48 people and cars. How long can this village take this and when are the planning committees going to say no.
