I am writing to say a big thank you to all the lads at Dunmow Motor Services on Haslers Lane for helping me get my car started on Tuesday morning.

I had done the oldest and stupidest thing in the book by leaving my lights on all night, but instead of having to call out a mechanic and wait for around an hour I popped around the corner and found them only too willing to help. My car was started within five minutes after they let me borrow a battery pack.

Thanks guys, without you I wouldn't have made it to work on time!
