RESIDENTS of Takeley have become concerned about the car park behind the Jubilee Hall. We think it is being used for airport parking, as it has become busy at all times of the day and night with on average 20 to 30 cars parked there.
What this means for us is being woken up in the early hours of the morning. It's also an access point for the children's play area.
We have informed the parish council who said it is not its responsibility and then contacted our district councillor on July 29 who agreed to look into the matter but we have had no answers back.
We then contacted our MP Sir Alan Haselhurst on the August 15, who on August 21 wrote to the chief executive of Uttlesford District Council and he said he would get his officers to investigate.
The date of my first complaint was July 26 and it is now September. We hope we will get action soon.
