WITH the problems in North Street and Rosemary Lane over traffic I cannot understand why no-one has thought of turning the roads into one way streets.
One way systems would ease traffic out of the town car park, at the Doctor's Pond and Rosemary Lane.
Years ago an old lady, when asked how she would solve the traffic problem, replied, let lorries drive on the right and cars on the left. What a pity life is not that simple.
