I WOULD like to give praise and thanks for all the help and effort, which was given to me at the Citizens Advice Bureau in Great Dunmow on Thursday February 21.
All the staff are very polite, kind, patient and extremely helpful.
The office closes at 1.30pm, however this did not stop the advisor, Michelle, dealing with my complaint from seeing my problem dealt with properly.
The CAB is not a charity as such because it receives funding from Uttlesford District Council, they do accept donations but one is not obliged to give.
Michelle has now dealt with two complaints for me, both of which have been successful. This extremely patient lady works on a voluntary basis and told me she enjoys helping people.
I sign this letter a very satisfied and grateful client of the CAB in Great Dunmow
