TEN Downing Street has introduced a website where people can petition the Prime Minister to take action on different subjects.

I have started a petition on the website for him to take action against the proposed expansion of Stansted Airport beyond its current limit of 25 million passengers per annum.

I know this is an issue on which many of your readers will agree with me. Anyone wishing to register their objections directly with the Prime Minister can find the petition at http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/Stansted/
