Saffron Crocus Reserves produced a good all-round performance to record their first point of the season with a 90th minute equaliser against promoted Barton.

A great finish from Daniel Rouse just before the final whistle at Ickleton on Saturday got the important goal, that could kick start their season.

It was a well deserved point in the BIS County League Division 4A and it would have been an injustice if it had not happened.

Crocus Reserves are at home again this Saturday when Linton Granta A visit Ickleton for a 3pm kick-off.
