The event started and finished at Witham Rugby Club and followed an undulating, circular route along country roads.

The race, which saw 406 compete, was won by Ady Whitwam of Morpeth Harriers and Athletic Club.

For GFDR Dan Reynolds was fastest finishing 16th in 29 minutes 53 seconds, followed by Gerard Geurts (33:19) and James Hawkes in a personal best time of 35:03.

The Jackson family was represented by Martin (34:24), Colin (36:47) and Glenda (45:36).
