Essex Police has confirmed reports of an stabbing in Saffron Walden in the early hours of Saturday morning.
A 21-year-old man was found in Long Horse Croft, near Katherine Semar Schools, at about 3.15am with a stab wound to his stomach. He was taken to Addenbrookes Hospital where he received stitches.
Police wish to speak to a male in his 20s, who is known to the victim, in connection with the incident.
