PUBLISHED: 08:45 06 October 2013

A sight loss charity has been shortlisted for the Lloyds Bank Community Fund 2013 in Saffron Walden.

By encouraging the public to vote, Support 4 Sight has a chance to be awarded a £3,000 grant from Lloyds to enable it to continue doing good work in the community.

The money would help Support 4 Sight continue to offer home visits to about 300 newly blinded people in Uttlesford over the next year.

Cast your vote by text message (text VOTE CKTC to 61119), online at tiny.cc/gotw3w and via the Lloyds Community Fund website, lloydsbank.com/communityfund.

Voting is open until November 1.
