Road closure in place on A120 in Great Dunmow following collision between tanker and van

Police and other emergency services are at the scene of a road collision on the A120 in Great Dunmow.

It happened just ahead of the junction for Great Dunmow from Braintree at just before 6am today (Wednesday, February 12) and involves a white Renault tanker and a white Ford van.

The A120 has been closed in both directions whilst emergency services are at the scene and the vehicles are recovered.

Diversions are in place on the old A120.

The road could be closed for at least a further two hours. Motorists are advised to seek alternative routes where possible.
