FOR those who would like to improve their English and maths skills there are places available on Brush Up English, Maths and Office Skills courses starting this month at The College at Braintree.

All Skills for Life courses are free and there are courses available for complete beginners. Learners can work at their own pace and build up their confidence in a friendly and supported environment.

The English and maths courses are suitable for anyone wishing to improve their chances of promotion, prepare for going on to another course, or help their children with school homework.
