Man taken to hospital after chainsaw accident in Rickling Green

A man was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital yesterday following a chainsaw accident in Rickling Green.

The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EEAST) received a call at just after 3.30pm yesterday (March 13) to Rickling Green.

A rapid response vehicle and ambulance crew were dispatched.

They treated a man who had suffered a hand injury as a result of a chainsaw accident and he was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital for further care.

His condition is not believed to be life-threatening.
