Invitation to Planning Community Consultation

Drop-In Event Land to the East of Bigods Lane, Great Dunmow Greenvolt Development would like to invite residents and interested parts to attend a public consultation drop-in event regarding future development proposals on land to the East of Bigods Lane, Great Dunmow.

Members of our professional team will be present to discuss the proposal regarding the proposed development of new residential dwellings and to answer any questions you may have. The consultation will be held at Foakes Memorial Hall, Dunmow, CM6 1 DG on Wednesday 8th August between 14:30 and 18:30. Please come along and give us your feedback on the proposals for the site. We hope you are able to attend to learn more about the proposals and make your views known about them. Comments on the proposals will help to shape the design of the proposed development. Subsequently, there will be a period of consultation by Uttlesford District Council as part of the planning application determination where there will also be opportunity to make comment directly to the council.
