Music: The acoustic of St Botolph's Church is exceptional. This has led to a new collaboration between the Friends of St Botolph's and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London. A first concert was held in November and a series is now evolving.A Bluthner grand piano became available from the Guildhall School. This has been loaned to the church and over the coming months some of its current and former students will come to perform. A cello recital was held on December 7. Further events are planned for 2006, including a Hadstock Music Festival in October. Profits from the concerts will support the upkeep of the church.
