DUNMOW Players gave a fantastic variety hall show performance that had people rolling in the aisles last week.

The three-night run was hailed as a great success by society secretary Sue Hartwell who said: "It went really well.

"I had people coming up to me afterwards saying they hadn't laughed so much for ages, and asking when our next production would be."

Mrs Hartwell spoke of the society's recruitment drive for a small scale musical in the Autumn, which is ideal for younger performers. For more details call Sue Hartwell on 01371 872657.
